SEGMENT 2 (115TH AVENUE EAST TO BAY WINDS PARKWAY) – November 2025
Daily lane closures will be in effect on Moccasin Wallow Road Monday through Friday, between the hours of 9 a.m. and 3 p.m., as the contractor performs utility line construction activities. Water main work, storm drain and pipe installation, curb and gutter, and embankment work continue in this area. Relocation of private utilities continues, and crews are working on the installation of street lighting and sidewalks. Travelers should expect delays as daily lane closures will be in place to accommodate this work.

SEGMENT 3 (BAY WINDS PARKWAY TO BUFFALO ROAD/WELLNESS DRIVE) – November 2025
Work will take place Monday through Friday, between the hours of 7 a.m. and 5 p.m. (weather permitting), with after-hours work to occur as needed to minimize traffic disruptions. Water main, reclaimed water, force main, and storm drain work continues on the east side, moving toward the west. Coordination for relocating private utilities is also ongoing. Travelers should expect delays as daily lane closures will be in place to accommodate this work.

Notice of Construction & Traffic Lane Closure
SEGMENT 4 (U.S. 41 TO GILLETTE DRIVE) – November 2025
The underground installation of approximately 4,000 feet of reclaimed water main pipe along the northern shoulder of westbound Moccasin Wallow Road has been completed. The remaining work consists of minor adjustments that occur at the end of the project to ensure everything meets the required standards. This work is expected to continue through early December 2025 and does not require any lane closures.
